my upvc door has a draught at the bottom. i replaced the front and back seals as the back door was bad too.

i adjusted the hinges and moved the door closer which has helped but still a draft coming through

on looking at the door at the bottom either the door or the frame seem to bow in the middle only at the bottom of the door. so much i could see into the house

i brought this stuff to add on but its not rubber as such like the door seals. i fitted it to the bottom of the door and the frame inside the house

its more like a foam and still lets a draft in

any ideas would be greatful

Sounds strange. Can you post a pic of the gap?
Is the door still under guarantee? if so get the fitters back.
Use a straight edge (Ruler, level or string line) to work out if it is the door or the frame that is bowed
