Hi
I’m stumped with an issue that seems to be effecting 2no of my pvc tilt and turn windows.

There is water appearing on the internal sil, just all of a sudden, and when I try and see where this has came from , the only part of the window that looks to be wet is the bottom rubber gasket .

It’s like drips and pooling on the internal sill. There is no condensation on the internal pane, the top of the sash and sides are all dry .

One of the times there was water in the internal track of the frame closest to the internal sill

Could anyone try and advise what this could be ?

Best regards CR

Further to above , when I dried off the rubber gasket on bottom on the opening tilt and turn window, closed the window for say 20 mins , then opened and had another look, there was the same moisture evident on the gasket , which again I don’t understand as it closes against the plastic frame ……

I did consider tightening the window to the frame ? Having looked online , there looks to be a setting that would tighten the window to the gasket which is I guess a last suggestion to try from me anyways , at the moment they are set at ‘neutral’

Apologies for the amount of info and posts on this , just hopeful someone with experience could assist. The property is circa 8 years old

Adjusting the cams would make it brighter against the gasket . That would be a good place to start . Thing with tilt and turns is because they open inwards , any weather will be trying to push them open so they need to be as tight as possible, and over the years tje gaskets will compress
