USB DVB-T Receiver

Not software I know, but I am looking for software upgrade.
I have just bought 'DTV-2go' . I get an error message 'capture device failure' I have spoken to the supplier who has said there may be an ungrade. Ive google & can not find, anyone out there with ideas (sensible).

I have received an email from the supplier, giving me a help address. I have also been to the web site, I think the item is faulty.
