Using Car After 13 Years - What To Do About Stale Fuel?

Perhaps I can just start it straight up and drive it to them. The brakes, lights, indicators, wipers, suspension probably won't be working. But who cares, it's an old Vauxhall.

Ashtray handles just like new though.
