Looking for some general advice..

Bought a house, old concrete/patio/pathways looking a bit tired.

I haven't got much money to do a lot in the back garden (already need to fell a tree and put new fencing).

For the existing concrete patio and paths, I was just planning to pressure wash + clear weeds and then use gravel bonding resin to make everything look a bit more modern.

However I'm concerned about using this over the patio plus the gaps in the patio/concrete where weeds are - obviously I dont want to put the bonding resin down and weeds grow back through next year etc.

Has anyone got any advice, or any other similar low cost ideas to how I can 'pretty up' my garden?

Thanks in advance.
