VAILLANT 418 OPEN VENT WIRING???

Recently taken out a potterton profile, the wiring was switched live and neutral from the ep2000 programmer. The vaillant requires a permanent live and neutral which I have done but unsure how to wire the switched live and neutral into the boiler? Please can anyone help as have phoned vaillant technical three times and each time get a different answer... It a y plan system.

Quick look at the manual it seems the S/L would be terminal 4.

For some reason they call it room stat connections.

Yep thats right, sw/l to 4, but make sure you take the live for the pump from the pump terminal on the boiler.

So you need 5 core flex really.
