If you use a bath as opposed to a shower then forget the 24kw , will take a lifetime to fill , for the sake of another hundred odd quid you could go with the 831 , although gas supply will possibly require upgrading.
For the eco plus 831 you say my gas pipe may need upgrading, mine is 22mm would this be ok or not in your opinion.
How does a larger boiler fill the bath any faster if the flow rate is the same?
It doesnt but have you tried to fill a bath in the middle of winter with a 24kw boiler?
