Vaillant Ecotec 28 - Low hot water flow at taps

Hi there

I've got a Vaillant EcoTEC Pro 24 and in the last few months the hot water flow rate is about half that of the cold water. It did this about 6 months ago but then returned to normal, but since a few months ago it happened again and hasn't returned to normal. The boiler is about 4 years old and had no problems until this.

I do live in a hard water area. But I would say I'm not confident enough to do the checking of the plates as described above.

Any advice?
