Vaillant EcoTEC 837 no hot water

Dear Members,

No hot water, we have installed used EcoTEC 837 but from the very first day we only get hot water for about 2 to 3 minutes after that only cold water, heating is working fine.
please your help will appreciated.

Bit more info would help, any lights on front of the boiler, making any noises , sure you got the hot and cold pipes the right way round ?
