Central heating is okay, just no domestic hot water - taps dry. Is it air lock? Why does boiler lose its pressure - fault F22 each day this week? Not good for new boiler. :(

Was the installer gas registered and did he fill in the Benchmark?

It sounds like a second or third rate installer who will not reply to your calls.

Was it done at a reasonable price or were you taking a cheap price to get a cheap job?

To replace another combi we would have charged £840 plus the cost of the boiler.

You need to ensure that the filling link tap on the cold water side(right hand one) is closed, as when left opened and filling link is just shut on flow side(left hand one) then no water comes through the DHW side.

As Linkyplumb says make sure the filling taps are showing closed, hot water will be restored
