Help, I am perplexed by the filling procedure for my Vaillant EcoTec Plus 831 boiler. I have read the manual and because of my installation (due to sockets beneath the unit) it doesn't make sense, the valve i seem to need to get to is blocked by the incoming gas pipe and I can't get the grey key on it. I think it is fitted wrongly. I have read the FAQ section too and still no idea. I must add am not very technical but have done this on plenty other boilers. Please see pics in album, but boiler and installation is nearly a year old now and pressure has steadily dropped and now it won't start on it's own displaying the F.23 fault code. It will start with the flame reset button pressed a few times. There is air in a rad, but not want to drop pressure so low it won't work at all! Help as I called installer who says call Vaillant out but I think is simple re-pressure needed.
