vaillant ecotec plus 831 with no heating and no fault codes

hi can anyone help
vaillant ecotec plus 831 is heating up one rad then then boiler cuts out with no return heat with no fault codes. checked pump, and no air locks. iv not worked with a lot vaillants in the past so any help would be good ...... thank you
