Select cold at all mixer taps and turn them on full ( with the sink plug out ! ).

That will ( usually ) stop or reduce any mixer leakage.

I have isolating valves on both the kitchen mixer and the shower mixer, so I will try those. In fact I've tried the kitchen already (easier to get to) and that didn't make any difference, so its down to the shower!
