Valves position

Are the black valves both supposed to be pointing vertically or horizontally?

Also are the rest of the valves in the correct position?

Unfortunately your lighting had not made it easy for me to see which position the valves are in.

Basically the handle needs to be in line with the pipe at the point it is connected.

I have the same make of boiler and the valves are set the same as yours
