Hoping someone can help me (and that this is in the right place!), i need to find a van that i can easily put sheets of plasterboard (8X4) etc in. ie, just lay them down.

i know from friends experience that SWB transits aren't ideal for this, so i am thinking of purchasing a MWB transit or similar, Now unfortunately, i live in the LEZ which means i have to have a van built after 2001 i believe, which is obviously going to cost me more than i wanted to pay, ideally i have a max budget of 2K, can stretch a little if need be.

Any ideas on what vans i should look at?

Many thanks

Mark

I dont think you get a lot for 2k, the short wheel based vans like transit, vivaro will take boards diagonal stood upright.
So a mwb van is probably what your after, for reliability and cost wise Id go for a Transit which you should be able to get for your budget.
