Vauxhall Vectra coolant light

Hi I have a Vauxhall Vectra 56 plate. Can anybody help me why o why has the coolant light come on when the coolant level is fine??

In that case I would say that the coolant level sensor is broken.

give it a bash, they sometimes get stuck

From memory, they take on water and stop floating, giving the impression that the level is low. Get a new one.
