Vented hot water, unvented heating...

Can you fit a red pressure vessel to a normal vented cylinder? This way I can do away with the F and E tank and just have the cold water storage tank.

Obviously would be fitting a temp and pressure relief on the red pressure vessel.
 
OP, little knowledge and what not comes to mind.

Firstly, why would you want to fit a T+P valve to the red vessel?

Secondly, question already asked, what boiler do you have?
