Only done one which was the now obsolete croydex and although not as good as a power shower it had a very good water delivery.

I have a Croydex also and the water delivery is good, trouble is after a few months they drip like crazy and because they are discontinued I can't get the parts. I would go for a more expensive brand and hope they don't leak.
Fitted a Trevi boost the other day and was surprised by how good it was,
owner loves it!
Just make sure the pipes are the right size,
ie Hot has to be 22mm with check valve, cold needed a pressure reducer to limit it to three bar, just check MI (although mine didn't come with any).
