Very Confusing!!!

Hello!
I'm refurbishing my kitchen and have purchased a Samsung NV75J7570RS oven.
The installation manual shows two different cables H05RR-F or H05VV-F 1.5 - 2.5 mm.
I assume that 2.5mm heat resistant flex would by OK!
Is that true?
