Hi - When my boilers main flame is on I get a fairly rapid ticking type noise through the system. This started some months ago, but wasn't following any work to the system. The ticking is more pronounced when the boiler is in low heat mode than high heat mode and also is less if I run the system pump at a slower speed. I have recently drained the system and am currently running with a cleaner/flush in the system (this has been going for 2 weeks now with no noticable effect). At the same time as flushing I changed the pump.
Any ideas or tests I can do would be helpful.
