Victorian House, subsistence?

There's probably no lintel above the window and the wooden window was supporting the brickwork
Not that I know anything, but that looks like a brick arch - so the wall probably still has support and wooden lintels on the interior.
Definite possibility that the window change has caused shifting though?

That’s it in the context of the whole, inside of the big window still has a wooden surround, no cracks visible on inside of house (except the usual you would expect for a “vintage” house.

Just realised how dirty the bricks look as well :( I think I need to find a “how to clean brick” forum after fixing the crack
