my sister has a vissmann200 she turned it off from the mains electric and it will not restart the pump runs etc but will not fire up a red lightening light flashes with a f5 flashing above the on switch please advise whats going on. nothing in booklet.

dont want her ripped off by cowboy fitters. thanks
