Viessman vitopend 100 repressurisng question

Hello, I really could do with some help in repressuring a veissman vitopend 100, had to remove some radiators for decorating, all now reconected... went to the boiler and dont see how to fill? the two taps under the boiler dont seem to move at all

I would say it’s those 2 black handled taps. They may have round off, but maybe try some lubricant 1st?

They wont move, rock solid... i squirted some wd40 and still no joy after 24hrs

Not familiar with your boiler ,so this is a long shot....do the black handles push upward ,or pull downward before you can rotate them ??

I did try that

Bit odd for both valves to be seized up. Have you ever topped system up before ???
You could always back fill the system.

Only just moved in to the house

Can you remove the lower plastic panel of the boiler ,and show us a pic of where those black handles connect up ?
