vitodens wireless controller need help please

Hi
my vitodens wireless controller has lost comunication with the thermostat and won't reconnect tried turning it on/off
It comes on,on its own in the middle of the night and wakes everybody
Thermostat does nothing
Help please

It’s common knowledge that shouting ‘Fire’ is better than shouting ‘help’...

Better still... say “Hi”; “Please could.,,”; “thanks for reading” and “would be grateful for any assistance”.
