Hi

I’ve recently moved house and after previously having hive wanted to install on my new house.

I have a combi Veissman Vitoden 100 that has a wireless thermostat and the receiver is currently wired up like the pic attached.

I followed hive and just put the faceplate on but when I asked for heating the light came on but the boiler didn’t respond.

Help please.

I should have shown you this too. The current timer is fed into a Honeywell branded box. I moved the black wire and it worked once but would follow command after the second try.

top left wire = programmer
Top right = wireless receiver
Bottom right = to boiler

Have you put the Hive receiver in place of the old receiver?
If so then the existing clock will need to be set to constant or disconnected from the honeywell box and the wires in the box altered.
Personally I would get rid of everything and just have the Hive receiver in place of the honeywell box.
