Vokera 80SP - No CH or HW. Pilot light's still on...

Hi,
Woke up this morning to no heating, and then discoverd no Hot water as well. The pilot light's still on, and the pressure's ok, but nothing. When I turn the hot water tap on, or the central heating it sounds as if a pump starts churning away, but the pilot light just stays as it is with the burners not ignited.
Any suggestions? Is there some sort of reset switch on these boilers or something?
My knowlege of combit boilers could be written on the back of a postage stamp..as you can probably tell..

...Just carried out a little more investigation, and it looks as if the diaphram (roundish thing at the back of the boiler, with a little see-saw arm in front) pops out and hits a small micro switch, is this what's stopping the boiler from working properly?
Is there an easy way/cheap way of getting it sorted?

The fulcrum arm is meant to move when there is a demand for hot water. It should operate a switch which brings the boiler on.

After the pump the fan should start but if its not then it might be at fault or any other of the many parts in a boiler. Starts to get into CORGI engineer territory very soon.

Yeah, I think it's moving towards me needing someone who knows significantly more than I do.

Got this fixed! Really releived, so I thought I'd post how it was done.
Phoned my father-in-law who's a plumber...as well as many other trades, and he said that it due to all the high wind we've been having sometimes the boiler gets suffocated, so it may just need a vaccuum out, so I took the case off, and then the front panel so I could see inside the chamber with all the gas nozzels (after switching the electricity and gas off) and had a very thorough, but gentle vacuum, put it all back together again, and what would you know, but it worked!

Are you sure that you have got the case back on properly.

I would still be getting someone out (maybe ChrisR).

make sure the case is on right. They are positive pressure boilers if the seal is not correct it will result in spillage into room. Think very hard about going inside your boiler. If it was dirt ect,then the boiler has not been seviced lately. So a phone call to a corgi fitter will be worth to time.

No, its not a positive pressure boiler.

Nevertheless, its not a good idea for any person who is not competent to go opening up the combustion chamber as gas safety becomes involved.
