boiler will provide hot water without any problem however, when it switches to ch, just after the flame establishes, the boiler shows fault 03 then resets itself lights again shows 03 on and on turn on hot tap all ok. Have removed and polished Venturi flue ok (I am an rgi ) fan clean. Anyone come across this fault. ?

Is the fan running?

Fault finding when boiler locks out or does not work is like falling off a log, easiest thing in the world if you know boiler operate sequence. The MI for this boiler is well written

I know how to advise you but you would have to ask in the combustion chamber, we cant give advice on gas work in this section as anyone can read it,and they might attemp to DIY a gas repair, if you are RGI then you will get all the advice you need on nearly anything in there.
