Vokera Linea HE boiler

This 2 year old boiler runs OK for a few days and then stops. The override button sometimes gets it going again, but not always. The engineer is tearing his hair out, nothing he does fixes it for long. Has anyone else had similar problems with this model and if so, did you diagnose the problem ?

Don't know these boilers very well, but has he checked the condensate drain is clear, or the condensate trap is not blocked?
