Moving towards a complete new system. The corgi in pole position, who doesn't know it yet, favours W/Bosch, which is ok by me.

The suitable boiler size is 30kw, but there three made by W/B. 30cdi, 30he and 30si. I've read the bumph but am having difficulty understanding the differences.

Before I go back to the man I'd like to understand this a bit better.

Can anyone help? pros/cons?

Thanks in anticipation

You need a condensing one unless you're exempt and don't want one, so it has to be a WB Greenstar.

Chris, they are all condensing Greenstars.

Go for the Cdi, slighty better flow rate, bells and whistles.

That highlights the problem that manufaturers produce all these different models and have glossy leaflets on each one individually but NEVER have a leaflet giving the details side by side on a comparisom basis!

 Do you mean they dont have one of THESE :?: :? see page 27 :)

The 30cdi is the one i would go for , but if the customer has no intention of touching the boiler after its in (turning the temps up/down etc) then the si would do its only a fraction less eficiant than the cdi
