Wall cupboard fixing

My new wall cupboards for a bathroom came with these fixings (attached image). They came with no instructions and nothing else to attach them. Should there be another part to go on the wall? How do they work?

The bit on my picture is in the back of the cupboard, it also can't be seen from inside the cupboard. The wall I am putting it in had a noggin at the correct height to screw into.

Should be wall plates to hang it on.

They are exactly as per the photo. Nothing seems to come out, it just seems to adjust it

Have you tried removing the two wood screws.

Ask the people who sold them for instructions. If they cant provide them you are entitled to reject the goods as not fit for purpose.
