when putting up wall brackets for a wall hung basin should i use the brown wall plugs? and what size screw is best suited for this purpose! i don't want to use a weaker/shorter screw and risk the basin not holding up!!! thanks all!

no, it's just wall-hung, no pedestal or half pedestal.
