Wall hung toilet

Trying to put one on, but the toilet centralisers are too small for the wholes in the toilet, any idea where these can be bought?
Should a rubber washer go against toilet as instructions only show this hard plastic centraliser?

ask the shop you brought it from to supply the right parts. and no you don't fit a rubber washer
