Wall mounting a shelving unit

Can anyone recommend a neat and secure way to wall mount a pine shelving 'cube'. It's 340mm deep http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.j...refview=search&ts=1255169563600&isSearch=true

It's been suggested to use 100mm right angle brackets screwed into the wall and the wooden cube

the pukka job is too cut out a very small section of plaster and embed the brackets and then make good but that is hellish in a completed house.

The next best is to hang it with a gusset bracket (trianglular plate over the internal corner) and paint it the same colour as the wall, or hide it with the shelf contents.
