Wall surface before tiling

Hi,

Getting a new kitchen including tiles.

In process of removing old kitchen. Ive taken off the old tiles and as expected the plaster also came off with them.

Do i need to get the wall replastered or will a tiler be able to till directly onto the bare wall?
