I'm a competent DIY-it's but I'm struggling with hanging wallpaper in lined the walls started with a plumb line but the paper is ripping and my thumbs is going through it and I am not sure if it's the paper or the paste mixture. The paper is next and others have said it is thin and have problems with it. I mixed the paste (solvite extra strong) to the measurements for normal paper. So what I want to know is is there anything I can do? Make the paste thicker? I'm leaving the paper for 5 mins as suggested before hanging. Any advice welcome. Thanks
