Walls not square, how to install shower wall panels

Hi.
This is my 1 st post, I'm finishing off my bathroom.
However I didn't take into account the 2 walls of shower enclosure are not square, but they are flat / plumb.
Joins are all taped up with waterproof tape, shower tray recessed into wall.
I don't want to take off the aquapanel and cement board I put up, or take the shower valve out in order to try and square them.
The issue I have is if I just plough on, the internal corner trim that comes with the wall panels is 90°, so this won't fit against the wall, so i can't use it for the wall panels.
1.Is it OK to not use the internal corner trim and just carry on with wall adhesive, apart from the corner where the trim was gonna go / wall panelling joins, I was gonna put loads of silicone, then when the next board goes on, silicone that joint as well.
2.Can't see how this is any less effective than the internal corner trim? The trim needed to have silicone in it anyway.
3.Is the only advantage of internal corner trim - tidy and doesn't go mouldy?
Thanks

I don't think you have any choice but to do what you say.....as the corner trims need to be siliconed well anyway. The trims do cover a few mm of the sheet edge so there is slightly more protection and they probably do look better.
On occasion I have used 4mm ply just to make a template before cutting - wall panels are very expensive. This may help you.
I haver noticed that wall panels have forsaken ply for MDF which is disappointing so sealing is essential - particularly where the shower tray is.
I sometimes use battens to hold the sheets if the wall is uneven - although we do have to rely on instant grab adhesive. The Multipanel grab / sealant is particularly good.
Good luck with your project! Wall boards are heavy and stubborn but the end result is well worth it.

Thanks for your reply.
I rang easy bathrooms technical help line, they said it would be OK as well.
It's interesting what you say about MDF, I hadn't considered what the panels are made of.
I wondered about templates, but when I've done them before never had much luck.
