You dont get circuit diagrams of boiler PCBs.
Looking at an Ideal 25B its only four transistors and a 741 op-amp so it would not be such a massive task to trace it out if you have an overarching desire.
Its the kind of thing you could do to relieve the boredom of airline flights but you might get arrested if the crew thought it was a bomb timer circuit.

Or he could just be asking what wires to use that comes with this board as it fits several boilers
