I am thinking of installing J&S's WarmCairC16DW ducted air and DHW system to replace an old J&S J50. The WarmCair is only a fairly recent system. Have many problems shown up with it as yet? Alan

Firstly its a minority unit and so far probably mostly covered by warranty since they have been installed.
The makers will never tell you what and how many faults have occurred.
If you must continue with a WAU again there will be little choice!
