I shouldn't need to watch a youtube video to know who you're talking about.

So he wants to extort the people of the UK to pay his £4 million salary just for gasping and croaking a script into a microphone.

Personally I can't stand the sound of his voice, there are far more pleasant sounding people. He sounds like he needs a glass of water and some throat sweets.
