washing machine help pls

hi
i have a siemens xlm 1400 w/machine, it now wont empty or spin, i have cleaned the filters, but dont know what else to try ?

Does the pump run when you first switch it on. Check the waste hose for blockages at the spigot/down pipe end

yeah have tried that, is it time to dump the w/machine? not impressed with it, not even 5 yrs old

Check the drain pump, the impeller could be jammed or broken. The pump motor could have failed or even something simple like a broken wire to it.
