I think he is SS. Anyway, I seem to remember an outbreak of legionella disease in Edinburgh only last year, linked to some external water coolers on a building.

Only last year and 95 people were affected.

It was probably drgaz was responsible for that outbreak, that's why he's deleted all the incriminating evidence he'd written..
