Hi folks, since we hosed our conservatory roof ( or after one of our recent heavy down-pours) we have noticed that in the bottom corner of 3 of the sections of polycarbonate roofing , water has appeared ( about 10-20 ml ) in each run...any ideas of how to manage and fix this problem. I assume that it won't dry out on it's own and that leaving it might cause future problems such as mold growing inside and spreading. Many thanks for any advice.

The sheet closure that covers the bottom of the sheet should pull off. You may have to poke a little hole in the breather tape or pull the tape off and re-apply after a few days.

When you replace the breather tape and sheet closure make sure you dont overseal the end with silicone as you need to have an air flow along the tape to help any moisture evaporate off. If the water build up happens again you may need to slide the panel out and check that the aluminium tape on the top edge isn't damaged.
