water leak pressure dropping

hi

i have a powermax 155 its been in for 9 years.
its leaking water from the outside pipe, the water pressure drops and the heating will not come on. i have to keep filling up the water tank to get the pressure up so the heating will come on.
i have had a valve put in but it did not work, we had another one put in but it still is leaking water from the drain pipe outside.
can anyone help me please.

i have a pump to repressurise the expansion vessel, do i wait for the system to go cold and what pressure should it be reading.

Sorry to be stupid but i also need to check what air pressure on my expansion vessel on a worcester 230 combi needs to be and i dont know where the FAQ's are have had a look about but pretty new to this. Please Direct ME !!!!!!!
