Hope someone can help, please.
We've had a problem with overflowing guttering/downpipe, which is now repaired, but it has revealed a gap under our UPVC patio doors, as when the surplus water was pooling outside the doors, it was finding a way in between the render and the base of the door frame. There is no obvious gap, so I'm assuming the entry is through very small gaps where it isn't sealed fully.
Is there an appropriate sealant that I can apply both outside and inside along the join of the frame and concrete, or would you say I need to get a professional in to remove and re-set the whole door and frame unit?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
