Hi - I have an Autotrol Osmonics 255 water softener.
The brine tank is full of water - the regeneration cycle seems to work fine, but about 20 minutes from the end of the cycle, the Refill starts and it doesn't stop until the tank fills right up.
I think the unit has a problem in shutting down the Refill.
Could this be a faulty valve?
