WAX ON CARPET!!

I am sure I have heard somewhere that you use some kind of paper , possibly brown parcel paper and an iron on top of it which will melt the wax and it will be drawn into the paper.Use a cool iron to start with and do it little by little so you don't damage the carpet further.
