I'm looking for some advice on fixing my 7year old Worcester Bosch 28i Junior Combi boiler.
After returning from a weekend away, I turned on the hot water tap in the kitchen, to find there was no hot water.
On inspection, it looked like there was no electricity getting to the boiler and with further investigation it turned out that the internal 2A fuse had blown.
I replaced this, turned the power back on and thought the boiler would fire back up as normal but it did not.
After making a request for Domestic Hot water the warning light starts to flash after approximately 45secs. The same happens when turning on the Central heating.
Pressure is at 1bar, so there's no problem there.
Is there something obvious that I'm missing? Is there anything else I could try before I get an engineer round.
I've potentially got someone coming round on Monday to investigate, but any additional help would be gratefully received.
