Hi, I want to install a new toilet in a different position from the old one. I have to make a new hole in the wall about 1m from the old one, but at about the same height. This means that the wc waste pipe outside will now be about twice as long, and so its angle to the stack will be about twice as shallow. What is the minimum recommended angle for the waste pipe, and if I have problems with this what can I do about it?
THanks

1/40 is the recommended fall.

if I have problems with this what can I do about it?

Try and work round the problem, or , post back for help/advice

The absolute minimum, iirc fromthe book, is 9mm per metre. A nice big rodding point would be appropriate if you're reduced to that, I fink.

See what you've got, there are things you can do...

Thanks for the answers, guys. I think I will be able to manage a bit better than 9mm/m...
