Reading a rumour that Amanda Staveley is after buying a chunk of West Ham, and then buying their Godforsaken soulless ground-The London Stadium, for £50million. Sodin Kahnt is apparently up for it. As it stands, we pay £2.2m in rent (after relegation) so it could be good business for the club, as well as allowing more matches to be played there, the women's team don't play there as there is a limit on the number of matches allowed to be played. As it stands I believe it cost taxpayers to have West Ham playing there, and £50million in readies should be better for the taxpayer rather than paying out annually, and to West Ham the price is just the sale of one decent player, so who would be the winner IF it did get sold?
