I am about to fit a single one piece wet room screen which has a bar across from the top corner to the wall to support it, my worry is what supports the bottom of the screen to the base as i am using a stone shower tray? do i need to silicone the bottom to hlod it in place?

There are few different methods of fitting shower screens but will depend on what you have, some can be just sealed some use toe pedestals, floor to ceiling poles and some use slimline channels.
